The aim of the Alexander-Technique is to enable you to shape your movement more consciously. Thanks to its effective and sustainable approach to improving mobility and posture, the Alexander-Technique is being successfully applied in an ever increasing number of fields including general health promotion; the treatment of back, neck and shoulder pain; joint problems; head aches and dealing with stressful situations.

Alexander Technique Level 1

Target Group and Requirements

This course is targeted at all those, who wish to get out of their regular patterns and learn strategies to move with ease and handle stressful situations with more flexibility.

Contents and Goals

During the course you will be familiarized with the first principles of the Alexander-Technique and learn how to integrate them into your daily life. We will work practically on movements like long periods of sitting at the computer, standing and walking. You will learn a sustainable and relaxed sitting and standing posture, how to appear confidently in front of groups or in tests and successfully deal with stressful situations. Ease and vitality in movement and activity will quickly become felt.

Alexander Technique Level 2

Target Group and Requirements

The Level 2 course is targeted at all those, who have already visited the Level 1 course or have previously had experience with the Alexander-Technique elsewhere.

Contents and Goals

During the course you will deepen your knowledge of the principles of the Alexander-Technique and how these can be effectively be transferred and applied during other activities. You will learn how to deal with challenges is a relaxed and confident manner, prevent stress and muscular tension and your movements will become easier, more flexible and balanced.
