Cheerleading is a very varied and challenging sport, requiring above all else body tension and awareness as well as flexibility, reactions and strength. Team spirit as well safety are held in high esteem here. Cheerleading is a highly interactive and communicative team sport, in which one can get to know a lot of new people and have fun together.

This course is open to everybody, regardless of prior experience. Body tension, body awareness and a sense of balance are welcome but not required, as they will be trained during the course. In this course, you must choose at registration whether you wish to participate as a base, meaning that you stand below and lift, or flyer, where you are lifted and thrown. If you should have any questions, please contact the representatives by email.
The course will teach the basics of group stunting, in which 4 to 5 people perform acrobatic lifts, whereby 3 to4 act as “Bases” and lift the “Flyer”. The aim is to learn the basics of cheerleading. This is a good entry-level course for everybody who wishes to give cheerleading a go.
This class is for anyone who comes to cheerleading with a quarter of Lvl1 or Uni-Cup experience. The division whether base, which means you stand down and lift, or flyer, you are lifted or thrown, will be divided dynamically, so that depending on attendance is divided and the groups change from training to training. If there are any questions, please contact the trainers per mail.
The so-called group stuntings are trained, as well as introductory two-base and partner stunting. Group stunting means that 4-5 people perform acrobatic lifting figures, with 3-4 people as "bases" lifting a "flyer". In two-base and partner stunting, there are fewer people under the lifting figure. Here the goal is to learn more and advanced stunts and to gain experience in more difficult stunts.
This course is intended for athletes with substantial cheerleading experience. Due to the advanced level of the stunts that are learned in this course, it is expected that bases as well as flyers are expected to confidently perform the following stunts:

Here, the fundamentals will be built on and advanced group stunts like, for example, Full-Ups, Full-Arounds or Round-Offs will be learned. Additionally, stunts will increasingly be trained in the two-base configuration. Form the beginning, jumps and tumbling will be taught each week alternatingly.
