Boxes, mats, and similar training equipment are available in the sports hall.

A requirement for participation is to bring clean indoor shoes separately.

Parkour Level 1

Target Group and Requirements

The course is primarily aimed at beginners in the field of parkour.

Contents and Goals

The goal of the course is to teach participants basic parkour skills. Training takes place primarily indoors, where there are many opportunities to jump over blocks, roll over mats, balance on beams, or even swing on bars.

The course not only teaches movement techniques, but also the safe learning of new movements and the creative handling of obstacles. The most important thing, however, remains to have fun with the exercises!
