Off to the slopes - registration for the ALMA Snowevent is open

Winter will be ushered in at SnowWorld Landgraaf at the Snowevent on November 5 and at the ALMA Snowevent on November 19. Both beginners and advanced skiers will get their money's worth at the university sports snow events.

Both events take place at SnowWorld Landgraaf. There, participants can either ski and snowboard freely or take part in courses for different ability levels. The ALMA Snowevent not only attracts participants from Aachen, but also from the partner universities in Maastricht, Liegè and Hasselt/Diepenbeek. In this international atmosphere, participants can learn the basics of skiing and snowboarding together in the English-language courses or improve their skills in advanced workshops.

The participation fee of 24.95 euros includes the bus transfer, four hours on the slopes and materials, i.e. skis or snowboard including boots and helmet. Registration for the ALMA Snowevent has been open since October 22. There are only a few remaining places available for the snow event.
