Aerobic is a dynamic training with rhythmic movements. The University Sports Center offers this group fitness classic in two different variations: Step Aerobics and Interval Step Aerobics. Box-Aerobic can be found in the category Thai-Bo.

We kindly ask for your understanding that due to the extraordinary temporary interim situation, the usual room climate cannot always be guaranteed.
Until the temperature control in the Interim Sports Complex is adjusted, sports classes continue as usual. We recommend dressing a bit warmer or bringing a jacket. The University Sports Center is actively working with a specialized firm to resolve the situation promptly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
