Body Workout
The University Sports Center offers three types of Body Workout, which differ from each other mostly in the materials they use. In the classic class various tools and small equipment and your own body weight are used to train. The pump courses focus on training with dumbbells. In the ballet class we use techniques to improve stability and coordination. Body Workout is fitness training in a group, during which you shape your body, improve your muscular endurance and posture, and are really able to burn off energy while motivated by professional instructors and rousing music.

Material
To participate you must bring a separate, clean pair of gym shoes. Please bring along an at least 70 x 140 cm, clean and dry towel and something to drink.
