Women’s course

Women who want to start calisthenics or already have experience are invited.

FLINTA* course

In this course everyone who identifies as FLINTA* is welcome, so women, lesbians, intersex, non‑binary, transgender. It is important that a caring, appreciative atmosphere exists among all participants. The course content is based on the women’s course.
