We hold sports courses with university sports institutions in Hamburg, Kiel, Cologne, and Lübeck. Additionally, students at all universities in NRW can participate in the Aachen extra tours. This is a good opportunity to meet students from other universities during and outside of sports. Guests can also participate in our extra tours. They must pay an increased fee.
We offer courses at all skill levels based on the various skills, experiences, and aptitudes of our winter sport course participants. This means that participants can also take skiing and snowboarding courses. The services described in the offer are based on fully booked courses. The ski- and snowboard courses will be in German.
You have to wear a Helmet on every Extratour.
Ski- and snowboardmaterial are not included.
Our winter sport courses are held at locations where other winter sports can be practiced, so that, if needed, participants can switch to other activities and offers. The organizers of the winter sport courses and and HSZ instructors are instructed to only hold skiing courses if there is sufficient snow. If there is unsufficient snow, which is determined by the course instructors, participants do not have a right to the skiing courses as an alternative program will be offered the HSZ instructors during the free time. Additional usage fees, such as for ice skating or renting other sports equipment, must be paid separately.
We organize a meeting in advance for some courses. This allows us to get to know each other, describe the schedule and program, and give a short introduction on how environmentally friendly behavior in the respective sport. Courses that are held at the ski hall will organize carpools. We cannot guarantee a ride for everyone.
All of the courses have open program planning so that we can include your wishes into both the sports and framework program. The success of the free times is based on the active implementation of these wishes.
The sports courses usually require participants to be responsible for food themselves. Participants will prepare the food.
Full board in this context means the instructors plan and shop for meals, while the meals are prepared with participants' help. We strive for wholefood meals.
When do nature sports, the opportunity to presents itself to sensitize people to the beauty and uniqueness of nature and the environment. We must first experience and evaluate these positively in order to be prepared to face threats. When practicing nature sports, it is natural and essential to act responsibly with nature.
The general participation conditions posted in the HSZ Service Point pertain just as they do to all the University Sports courses.
