Fitness with Music, known colloquially as Kontakthüpfen among students in Aachen, is endurance and strength training in a large group in the gym with motivating music.

Target Group and Prerequisites
This offer is targeted towards women and men of all ages and levels of fitness, with or without prior fitness experience.
Content and Objectives
Every class begins with a short warm up. The main component is broken down into endurance and strength training components. The class ends with a cool down and stretching exercises. Different variations of each exercise and movement are offered so that the training can be individually adapted to any fitness level. This makes Fitness with Music an ideal training for all fitness levels. Additionally, participants have fun working out in a large group together. The primary objectives are: endurance and muscle endurance, fat burning, strengthening the cardiovascular system, improving rhythmic ability, fun moving in a large group, and of course meeting others.
To participate, a clean pair of gym shoes is required. Please also bring an at least 70 by 140cm, clean, dry hand towel and something to drink.
