Fitness Training for Ball and Team Sports All Levels
Target Group and Prerequisites
This course is designed for players of all sports games who want to improve their athletic and coordination skills.
Content and Objectives
Specific fitness training encompasses five basic characteristics: strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination skills, and speed. Exercises and games with and without balls, small equipment, individual or pair work, circuit training, and stationary training help prepare athletes for the demands of ball and team sports. Course intensity is high.
