The new trend sport at the University Sports Center – a dynamic game around a circular net. In Spikeball two teams of two players each compete against each other and try to hit the ball into the net in such a way that the opponents can’t get to it. In the winter training takes place in the sports hall and during the summer outside on the lawn.

Cam shoes or shoes with cleats are recommended for trainining on the lawn. In winter, clean indoor shoes are required. All other training materials such as balls and nets will be provided.

This course is aimed at anybody with little to no previous game or training experience.
Fundamental techniques as well as general game rules and game procedures will be taught in the form of exercises and small field games.
At the end of the course, participants should be capable of maintaining continuous game flow.
This course is designed for those who have previous experience or have already taken the Level 1 course in university sports.
The knowledge from level 1 will be deepened.
