Special Participation Requirements

Appproximately one week before the first course, there will be an online pre-meeting. Here you will receive the important informations. Some information regarding this would be sent to you by email beforehand.

The ski hall has a permanent temperature of -5°C. Therefore, warm clothing, gloves, a warm hat, and a helmet are obligatory (especially when using the fun park). Clothing and helmets could be rented at SnowWorld and (thin) gloves could be purchased.

Starting the Level 1 course at another time than on the first session is only possible after consultation with the instructor. Since basic experience is taught and this can not be repeated in consideration of other participants.

Extra Costs

Important: The course fee does not include the journey to the ski hall Landgraaf and the ski hall entrance fee.

There is no bus transport to the ski hall, instead there is the possibility to arrange carpools in advance. You will receive more information about this at the pre-meeting.

The ski hall entrance fee of 27.50 euros for four hours including equipment per session is paid on site. There is a discounted five-week ticket for 125 euros (5 x 27.40€ = 137,50€) – catch up dates are possible. These special prices are exclusively valid for all course participants of the Hochschulsport Aachen. The material rental is included in the price. Helmets can be rented for free and ski clothing can be rented for an extra cost of 11 euros per appointment
