With its "Sports for Employees" program the University Sports Center offers all employees of RWTH Aachen, FH Aachen, and University Hospital Aachen an opportunity to find a mental and physical balance for everyday work life.

We will gladly take up your suggestions in order to create a varied and interesting class for staff members. Please contact the supervising sports teacher.

To stay informed about offers on a regular basis, you can subscribe to the mailing list - Sport for employees.

Equipment

Prerequisite for participation are clean indoor shoes brought separately and your own towel.
Due to current events, it is recommended to bring your own mat.

Special Participation Requirements

Courses for employees are targeted exclusively to employees of the Aachen universities and members of Personengruppe 2 according to the Participation Conditions.

Employees need an employee sports card for booking!

Fit at 40

Target Group and Requirements

Fitness and Gymnastics at 40+ is targeted primarily women and men, who want to maintain and increase their personal fitness.

Content and Goals

Once you turn 40 the body begins to change in tangible ways: the muscles break down, fat stores more easily, the connective tissue becomes weaker. With various physical and strengthening exercises and while having fun in a group, the goal is to reach a better quality of life and wellbeing!

Midday Fitness

Target Group and Requirements

The difficulty level is more moderate than in Midday Fitness for Students.

Content and Goals

Midday Fitness for Employees is a welcome compensation to a stressful workday and an excellent opportunity to return to your workplace refreshed after well-rounded physical activities. In this class participants listen to current chart hits for one hour while training endurance, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
