Daily Early Bird Starts to the Digital Workouts

Early Bird

The digital movement program for students and staff of RWTH and FH Aachen in place since November 10, 2020, was expanded on November 30. In addition to the existing program, 25-minute sessions will be offered in the morning hours to activate body and mind, and find a good start to the day. The sessions will take place between 8am and 9:30am in 30-minute intervals. Each day, a different focus will be placed in the areas of endurance, coordination and relaxation. These free “early-bird” offers is also being carried out on zoom and is bookable on the HSZ Website.
